YOUR TASKS
- You are the first contact person for our users and handle all customer's requests in a friendly and competent way via email or phone (inbound)
- You are responsible for ensuring the user's satisfaction by identifying and solving the user's inquiries as well as by communicating with internal departments
- You handle the follow-up support process in cooperation with the Aklamio B2B partners
- As part of the customer support team, you assist with the continuous improvement of internal processes
YOUR PROFILE
- You have 1-2 years of professional work experience in the field of B2C Customer Support
- You have excellent knowledge in German, Polish and English language.
- You have excellent communication skills, and you enjoy to deal with customers
- Familiar with Office Suite
- Experience with Zendesk or a similar communication tool would be a plus
